Karl is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Fitness Certified Personal Trainer & Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. His areas of expertise include Strength/Endurance training as well as functional movement and mobility for everyday life. As a lifelong athlete competing in numerous sports, he developed a passion for exploring movements to promote lifelong training while minimizing imbalances. When not training clients, he enjoys spending time hiking outdoors, listening to music and learning new movement skills.
